Weekly Round-Up 3/21

This past week has been an absolute whirlwind for me. Between traveling, having a visitor for St Paddy’s last weekend, some back end business stuff going on, and finalizing my FI/RE template - I am ready for the weekend. I’m blaming mercury retrograde!

It’s spring!! Yay!! This week I shared a Spring Cleaning Checklist on the pod to help you find some motivation as we exit what has felt like a very long winter. I am covering personal finances, your professional life, personal goals, wardrobe clean out, digital decluttering and cleaning out your physical space! (also I’ve been told the audio is only coming out of the left side - this should be fixed on streaming like Spotify but I can’t fix it on YT!! Sorry!)

I genuinely believe that if you use a tool that you love and that WORKS, you will find joy in the parts of financial management that can be cumbersome or mundane. Popular Financial Decisions I Won’t Make

On my stories earlier this week we discussed wedding prices, and it got me thinking about some other financial decisions people make that aren’t for me. I rounded up a few popular decisions I won’t be making - and I’d love to hear yours!! (Remember this is all in good fun)

Barista FI/RE

Barista FI/RE is very interesting to me - it’s a goal I’d love to reach although I don’t know if I will be able to sustain my earning power from the last few years into perpetuity. However, I would love to reach a point later in life where I could work part time or intentionally scale back my business to have more free time to enjoy life!!

THIS WEEK’S FAVORITE
A brand new bombshell has entered the villa - I got a new pair of jeans and they are now going to be a staple on my LTK! I recently went into COS and while I am trying to not impulse shop, I tried these jeans on and immediately knew they’d be coming home with me. In my defense - I didn’t have a pair of jeans in this wash or style. But I will be wearing them ALL THE TIME going forward!!

I don’t talk about my diet often, but I have been dairy free for almost 10 years for my skin. I recently had some deep dish pizza (with cheese!) and I didn’t notice any breakouts. Which tells me I’ve really got my skincare ON LOCK!! Sharing my routine below!!
